Union Bay

Our new home is but a block away from University of Washington's Center for Urban Horticulture-- one of the real gems of our new location. These were taken on the trails of the Union Bay Natural Area there. I just had to put that last photograph up-- it was so fun to watch her try to touch the grasses from her stoller.

Bed Head

Thursday June 14, 2007Now that I'm posting this, I see that her hair doesn't look a lot different than it usually does, but in the middle of the night last night (Susanna still wakes up once to eat) it seemed awfully crazy. This picture was taken this morning when she woke up for the day, but I'm not certain it's much different than it was when I found it so comical last night. I guess we nursing mothers have to find joy where we can at 2:00 am.

Two new tricks

Who knew teeth could be so cute?

Am I crazy? I think those two little teeth are absolutely adorable. So, just in case anyone else thinks so too, here are more pictures of them. She's still working on the top two teeth (although we think they made a brief appearance a couple of weeks ago).
